San Francisco

Unfortunately I'm still way too busy to apply my brain to proper blogging, which is a shame. I'm sure there's some thoughts buried in there somewhere, but they won't be coming out any time soon, I wouldn't think.
I did get some good news today though: I'm hopefully going to San Francisco in June with work, and if I plan my time right I'm sure I can fit in a bit of kinky stuff while I'm there. SF must have some great kinky stores, right?! Feel free to tell me about any good ones!

We were in SF last Autumn for a couple of days. Didn't have time to check out any kink, but its a great city. Enjoy it.

Frisco!!! Awesome. Haven't been there since I was a kid, but it's a fantastic place. Have a great trip! (And if you have good kinky California times, even better!)

Let us know when you're coming...we're not too far from SF. We will be traveling a bit in June though.

I love SF. And yes, I'll bet there are a lot of cool kinky stores. Unfortunately I don't know of any. I did go into Good Vibrations a long time ago, and it's a cheerful place that sells sex toys, but it's pretty vanilla. Have a safe journey and lots of fun sight-seeing!

Not that i would have spent hours researching fetish shops in SF before I went last summer, or anything... or hours wandering between them during my stay...

There were two I loved, and I felt very safe shopping in them and in the streets concerned. Both have websites, but seem to have some more interesting and one-off items in their stores. They're both reasonably central (we took a cab to the first, then it was a brisk walk to the second).

There are two adjacent shops - this one and "Mr. S" (aimed at the gay community) next door. The back half of the shops are linked and has some very nice implements indeed.

Their spanking section is downstairs - there's a small staircase at the back of the store that we missed first time. The lass on reception noticed us leaving relatively quickly, and noticed the long bag I was carrying from the previous shop, and said, "I think you might like the downstairs section if you didn't find it."

No doubt you'll have a fab trip.

I know you don't know me in the slightest, but I live in San Francisco, and I'd be happy to give you some suggestions for places to visit!

Thank you all so much for your suggestions! Unfortunately it looks like the June trip will not be taking place, but it MIGHT morph into an October trip, at which point I will dig out all these suggestions and use them!

I'm sorry to hear things are postponed, but when you are ready to come out to SF, just get in touch! :)
